Let the surface dry and cure properly.
Plasti Dip dries to the touch fairly quickly, and a basic cure will usually occur within four to eight hours. After this point, it is safe to touch the surface and use the vehicle.

Is Plasti Dip always tacky?
From what I found with my experience with the Glossifier - it always felt tacky afterwards. Humidity wasn't overly high at the time I painted it - and I painted it in my basement (bad idea - Plasti Dip is definitely not without odor), but still - always felt tacky.
Is Plasti Dip only matte?
Plasti Dip protective coating has a satin finish. If you are experiencing a cloudy or hazy finish, it's likely caused by high humidity. Avoid these conditions or add approximately 5-10% naphtha to reduce the problem.
