Can Herculiner be painted over?
We do not recommend painting over the Herculiner as the paint will most likely crack, spiderweb and start to peel off. Also, the surface will no longer be a slip resistant surface. If you want a smoother surface, you may strain some of the rubber granules out of the Herculiner.
Can Linex be painted?
Yes Line-x is very paintable,,,,,usea good quality urethane and you are good to go. I have painted many of the liners we installed, and our show truck has it as well, make sure it is clean and mask off and go for it. IT is AWESOME for paint adhesion.
